Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, salt and ginger garlic paste. Leave |

for 10 mins. |

2. |
Mix together cream cheese, yoghurt, corn starch, egg and all the powder |
|
|
spices, add this to the chicken. |
|
3. |
Now add the heavy cream, chopped coriander stems and green chilies. |
|
|
Leave this to marinate overnight. |
|
4. |
Skewer/ cook on barbeque grill or in the oven at 350 F for 10-12 mins. |
|

If cooking in the oven, cook on the center rack on wire mesh with dripping tray underneath. |
